Corrections & Retractions
Open Heritage Press recognizes that maintaining the reliability of the scholarly record may require correction or, where warranted, retraction of published material.
Corrections
Requests for correction are considered when an error or omission affecting the published record is identified.
Retractions
Retraction requests or credible concerns about editorial or research misconduct are assessed within OHP’s commitment to academic integrity and intellectual authorship. Editorial action is determined according to the nature and evidence of the case.
Transparency
Editorial action should preserve a clear and responsible scholarly record and distinguish corrections from the underlying publication.
